The children have thoroughly enjoyed World Book Day this year! They enjoyed looking at everyone's fantastic costumes in assembly and then spent the morning using 'The Journey' by Aaron Becker. They created their own stories based on this. Thank you for your fantastic efforts, Year 3 and 4!
The children have been learning about AI and how it can be misused. They were given a scenario and, using drama, acted it out- coming up with ways to solve the problems. They remembered that they could tell a trusted adult, report it or call Childline.
Our current learning theme is 'Emperors and Empires'. In this theme, children learn about the history and structure of ancient Rome and the Roman Empire, including a detailed exploration of the Romanisation of Britain.
